4 technical requirements 4.1 manufacturing basis

in addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the products shall be manufactured according to the drawings approved by the specified procedures. The polyester film industry is affected by the excess of overall production capacity and technical documents

4.2 service performance

4.2.1 reciprocating parts should be accurately positioned without jamming

4.2.2 the brake shall be self-locking and reliable

4.2.3 the counter counting should be accurate and reliable

4.2.4 the packing pressure should be adjustable

4.2.5 the operation part should be convenient, flexible and reliable; During operation, the hopper should not accumulate powder

4.2.6 under normal use conditions, the working time from the beginning of use to the first shutdown due to manufacturing quality problems shall not be less than 1000 H

4.2.7 the service reliability coefficient shall not be less than 0.9

4.3 safety, health and environmental protection

4.3.1 fasteners of moving parts shall be equipped with locking devices, and rotating parts shall be equipped with safety protection devices

4.3.2 electrical lines should be arranged neatly and firmly connected. Lines with different functions should be protected with wires of different colors. Electrical control elements should be flexible, accurate and reliable. Good grounding devices should be provided to ensure personal safety

4.3.3 the pneumatic system should have air exhaust holes, and the air circuit should be equipped with air purifier, oil mist, and pressure regulating device to ensure that the air source is clean, the components are well lubricated, and the air source pressure is stable

4.3.4 toxic paint is not allowed at the contact with materials

4.5 finishing

4.5.1 exposed metal processing surfaces that are not painted should be treated for rust prevention

6.1 inspection classification

packer inspection is divided into delivery inspection and type inspection

6.1.1 delivery inspection

b. sampling inspection in articles 4.3.5, 4.4.1 and 4.5.2 of this standard

6.1.2 type inspection

type inspection includes delivery inspection, production test and performance test. The prototype should be subject to the delivery inspection of the whole project (including articles a and B of 6.1.1 of this standard). The production test and performance test can be carried out only after it is qualified. The production test cycle should not be less than 2000 h, and the number of performance tests should not be less than 5. The test method should be carried out according to the spiral packer test method in Appendix A (Supplement) of this standard, The technical requirements shall comply with national standards, industrial standards, enterprise standards and other relevant provisions

type inspection shall be carried out in case of one of the following conditions:

a. when new products or old products are transferred to factory for trial production and finalization appraisal

b. after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, material and process, which may affect product performance

c. when production resumes after one year of shutdown

d. one year of normal production

e. the social consciousness of our country needs to be improved urgently when the quality supervision department puts forward requirements

6.2 sampling and batching principles

6.2.1 the ex factory sampling inspection of products is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 2828. The use of secondary sampling scheme and general inspection level has become an important means for enterprises to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs. II.
